Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a control system for controlling operation of electric car, in which a voltage lower than a predetermined value is impressed on a conductivity detecting circuit, and starting of electric car is inhibited when the conductivity detecting circuit is set into operation by said voltage, whereby on-off control of a by-pass conductor can be facilitated.
CONSTITUTION: When acceleration pedal is depressed, ON-signal is given early and OFF-signal is given late, so that conductivity of chopper 2 is increased. Here, emitter voltage of transistor 50 is inversely proportional to the conductivity of chopper 2. In voltage transforming circuit 16, emitter voltage of transistor 50 is inverted and amplified by its inverting and amplifying circuit incorporating therein an operational amplifier circuit, and output voltage of the circuit 16 is proportional to the conductivity of chopper 2. Therefore, when the conductivity of chopper 2 is increased, for instance, to 80%, output voltage of circuit 16 exceeds the Zener voltage of Zener diode 17, so that transistor 13 is energized and by-pass conductor 11 is connected.
