Abstract

PURPOSE:To make possible miniaturization of electrostatic recording heads and enhance volume productivity by forming the resistances of matrix intersection points through screen printing on the back of a printed circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION:Printed resistances 11 are disposed on straight lines by leaving a desired spacing on the back of the printed substrate and through-hole plating holes 12 are provided between the resistances. Recording electrodes 4 are disposed on the surface of the printed substrate and driving lines 5 are wired on the outside except on the printed substrate. Further one ends of the resistances 11 are connected to the driving lines 6 which are connected to any of driving circuits Y1 thru Y4 and the other ends are connected to the holes 12 via the wirings 14. The holes 12 are connected to the lines 5 which are connected to any out of the driving circuits X by way of diodes 13 respectively and are connected to the electrodes 4 by way of the holes 12. Thereby, the holes 12 may be reduced to one per matrix intersection point from ordinary 4 holes.
