In a vertical synchronizing signal region 37, the signal frequency recorded in the track 36 changes from the region 37 as the region 37 a boundary, and, for instance, 700 kHz signal is recorded in the dotted line region and 500 kHz signal in the dot-dash line region. In the track 35, address regions 38-1, 38-2, 38-3 ... are provided in part of the region 37, and address numbers ''1'', ''2'', ''3'', ... are stored successively in the corresponding address resions from the outer circumference towards the inner circumference.
