Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the switch constitution by providing such functions as the intersection function, the cut-off function, the path selection function and others within the same switch.
CONSTITUTION: The following components are fixed via insulator 7 into the hole drilled to substrate 1 in the row or column directon: fixed contact component 2 for intersection use; fixed contact component 3 for cut-off use; support component 4 which possesses more than one unit of the common signal terminal for the intersection and cut-off use; fixed contact component 5 for path selection use; and support component 6 which contains the signal terminal part for path selection respectively. Fixed contact component 8 is provided at one end of component 2, 3 and 5 each, and at the same time common signal plate 10 is fixed to component 4. Thus, the contact group of the intersection and cut-off is formed. Furthermore, signal plate 12 to which mobile spring 11 is adhered is fixed to component 6 to form the contact group for the path selection use. The inactive gas is filled into these contact groups to adhere hermetically enclosure container 13 to substrate 1.
