Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve the prevention of increase in volume and the simplification of assembling by providing a receiving mechanism on the same substrate as the substrate which contitutes integrated circuits.
CONSTITUTION: Conductors are disposed doublefold along the outside circumference of a substrate 1 constituting integrated circuits, whereby an antenna or coil 2 receiving the signal from the outside is formed. This prevents the increase in volume and eliminates the need for process for external mounting. Further if the conductors forming the integrated circuits and the antenna or coil 2 are formed with the same conductors in the same process, it is much more suitable. It is equally well to provide the antenna or coil 4 by disposing the conductors wound to part of the substrate 3 constituting integrated circuits.
