Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the utilization rate of exhaust energy by forming nose section of the volute casing so that the exhaust blows through up to volute starting section of the turbine case in order to increase the force power when the diesel engine is operated at a low-middle speed. In this way the putput of the turbine and the compressor outlet pressure are reduced and safety is secured.
