Abstract

PURPOSE: To form images through repeated use of one electro thermo composition layer by separating the conductive base which is formed with a latent image through current supply in image form from the layer of a specific electro thermo composition and developing the same with a developer containing metal salt and reducing agent.
CONSTITUTION: The electro thermo composition layer containing a binding agent, benzotriazole (derivative) and organic silver salt is peelably coated on the surface of a conductive base and is then dried. A photoelectric sensor having a photoconductive layer is intergrated with the conductive composition layer. In a dark place, the electromagnetic waves active to the photoelectric sensor are radiated in image form and at the same time a voltage is so applied between the photoconductive layer of the photoelectric sensor and the conductive base that the conductive base becomes a cathode. A latent image is formed on the surface of the conductive base through current supply in image form. This base is peeled from the electro thermo compositive layer and is developed by the developer containing matal salt component for intensification of the latent image and reducing agent for reduction of the same.
