Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the antistatic effect and prevent surface bleeding of a polyolefin molded article effectively, by kneading a fatty acid monoglyceride and a specific metal salt of an unsaturated fatty acid with the polyolefin.
CONSTITUTION: (B) 0.05 wt.% of (a) a 12W22C, preferably 16C and/or 18C fatty acid monoglyceride and (b) calcium or zinc ricinoleate or their mixture in a weight ratio of (a) to (b) of 9:1W3:7, preferably 8:2W5:5 is kneaded with (A) a polyolefin. Other antistatic agents, fillers, lubricants, etc. may be added, if necessary.
EFFECT: Surface bleeding, which is a defect due to the addition of a fatty acid monoglyceride alone, can be effectively prevented.
