Abstract
PURPOSE: To indirectly measure each primary light and readily unify the intensity of the primary light being radiated onto a photoreceptor to the same intensity by making use of the zero order light which has hitherto been cut as unnecessary and observing the photoelectrically converted signal spectra thereof.
CONSTITUTION: Prior to recording, (n) kinds of testing signls of fk1 ... in frequency and respectively and equal voltage are applied from a testing signal oscillator 8 to an AM modulator AM1..., which in turn modulate these with carriers f1... of mutually different frequencies and output testing modulation signals P1... The signals P1... are respectively gain-controlled with gain controllers GC1... to provide final testing modulation signals Q1..., which are then combined to one signal with a mixer 6. The combined signal is then amplified with AMP and is inputted to an AO element 1. The respective waveforms W1... of the non-unified light intensities of the zero order light L0 for the primary light L1... emitted in correspond ence to the signal Q1... are observed with a spectrum analyzer 11. And the gains of the gain controllers GC1... corresponding to the respective waveforms are controlled while the image plane 12 is being observed, whereby these are so controlled that all waveform intensities become constant.
