Abstract
PURPOSE: In one side or both sides of the two surfaces opposed each other in the space of the liquid passage, the convex part and concave part are installed to give the liquid the even resistance. By doing so, the leaks is prevented.
CONSTITUTION: A face 6 and a face 7 are opposed each other with a constant interval 8 and the surface of the face 6 is composed of a concave part 9 and a convex part 10 layouted in the form of the lattice. Each concave part 9 is formed by the convex 10. Supposing that the flow exists in the direction 11 and 12, the throttling and the expansion are repeated from left to right in the flow derection 11 and from below to upper in the flow direction 12 and then the pressure is decreased gradually and the leaks is prevented. When the concave part 9 and the convex part 10 are made by the etching formation method, the labyrinth for multi-directioned flow can be made in ease and in low cost.
