CONSTITUTION:Ringing transmitter RGT is provided with the overcurrent detecting method and undercurrent detecting method of a called-subscriber's circuit and at the time when ringing transmitter RGT sends out a ringing, the fault of the called- subscriber's circuit is checked automatically. Then, when the trouble is detected, a fault state signal is transmitted from transmitter RGT to the control-system unit, which controls printer TTY to print out its details and also control memory unit MEM. Consequently, the latency of a circuit fault is prevented and an incoming to the subscriber in trouble is inhibited, so that the ineffective use of the ringing transmitter, etc., can be prevented.
