Abstract
PURPOSE:To mix air and inert gases at fixed ratio by accumulating compressed air and inert gas in a separate accumulator tank up to the equally fixed pressure value, thereafter opening a valve of each tank. CONSTITUTION:The formation of a low oxygen concentration gas from mixing inert gases eliminates dangers such as dust explosion. In each accumulator tank 2 to 4 are accumulated air and nonflammable inert gases such as nitrogen gas, cabonic acid gas etc. Each tank 2 to 4 employs pressure switch 5 to 7 and automatic valves 8 to 10 are opened when a fixed internal pressure is obtained. The set pressure values for each tank 2 to 4 are made equal and the mixture of air and inert gases are done in an instant due to turbulent flow diffusion in circulation through pipes and to molecular diffusion of each gas.
