When the vehicle 1 is stopped in the loop 3, the controller 7 dispatches a constant speed command to the loop 4 to thereby again travel the vehicle 1 and dispatches a vehicle in-position stopping command to the loop 5 so as to stop the vehicle 1 at a point P2.
