Abstract

PURPOSE: To periodically ring a buzzer by using a simple construction for adding the content of a periodic memory circuit having its period set by an outside operating unit to the content of an alarm memory circuit through an operational unit.

CONSTITUTION: The time, when a buzzer is rung, is preset in a time memory circuit 9 through an operation control circuit by an operating unit 7, and a period for which a buzzer is rung is preset in a period memory circuit 15. When a time counting circuit 3 and the time memory circuit 9 become coincident in their contents, the time coincidence judging signals S₄ from a time coincidence judging circuit 10 take an H level. In response to the signals S₄ at the H level and the signals Sd from a frequency dividing circuit 2, a buzzer control circuit 11 drives a buzzer 12. On the other hand, the signals S₄ are inrtoduced into a signal control circuit 16 so that counting signals S₉ are fed to the circuit 9 in response to the delay signals, which are produced by delaying the signals S₄ a preset time, and so that counting signals S₁₀ are fed to a frequency counting circuit 13. When the contents of the circuits 13 and 15 become coincident, the frequency coincidence judging signals S₈ of their circuit 14 take the H level to stop the signals S₉ to be fed to the circuit 9 so that the content of the circuit 13 is reset. When the buzzer stops its ringing operation, the content of the circuit 9 is advanced a frequency set in the circuit so that the buzzer is repeatedly rung at each time.
