Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Clock V1 and V2 are applied to vertical transfer gate TG24 and 25 as well as to 26 and 27, and vertical transfer register 22 transfers the signal charge in the X-direction. At the same time, clock H1 is applied to horizontal TG28 and 29 as well as to horizontal storage gate SG30 and 31, and clock H2 is applied to horizontal TG32 and 33 as well as to horizontal SG34 and 35 respectively. And horozontal transfer register 23 transfers the signal charge in the Y- direction. Then sensor signal S is applied to receiving part 21A and 21B, and pulse S1 and S2 are applied to switching gate 37 and 38.
