Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic assembly suitable for bearings of small slot production.
CONSTITUTION: The turning parts 10 are measured in respect of their sizes at 11 and made to stand by for different diflections with respect to a reference size. The setting is made such that when a group of turning parts of a deflection are consumed after use the group of next deflection is used, and is memorized in an electronic computer 40. Either of the inner or outer collars are worked in m number in advance at 20' and the size of their trajectory is measured ad memorized in the computer 40 for the stand-by purpose at 22. The deflections of the turning parts used and the tajectory size of the annular members suitable for that of the annular members in m number under their stand-by condition are calculated and are fed back to the working step of other annular members at 41 so as to automatically compensate the working size.
