PURPOSE:To provide the subject method and device wherein a gas to be treated is passed through a rotatable catalyst having a moving space to subject the gas to a catalytic reaction with the catalyst and to move the catalyst, whereby the gas is treated is good efficiency without causing neither clogging of meshes of the catalyst layer nor lowering the activity.
