Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain highly-stable oscillation in a single mode with high external Q of a stabilizing oscillator, by enabling a diode part to resonate in series. CONSTITUTION:Diode part 3 is made to resonate in series and positioned (n/2 lambdag- DELTAl) away from the coupling hole of cavity resonator 2, so that the cavity resonator will resonate in series. External Q of the oscillator is in proportion to the gradient of the susceptance when the susceptance component is zero which is connected in parallel to load 4, so that extermely-high Q can be obtained.
