Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the heat of an inner pipe from being conducted to an anchor plate, by inserting anchor plate into a proper place on inner pipe via an adiabatic packing.
CONSTITUTION: Anchor plate 2 is inserted into inner pipe 1 via adiabatic packing 3, and at the same time, it is sandwiched via adiabatic packing 3, by thrust plates 4 fixed to inner pipe 1 from both sides withoug being directly joined to inner pipe 1. Outer tube 5 is fitted to fit-in cylinder 22 provided on both sides of the anchor plate. By this structure, the heat of inner pipe 1 is prevented from being conducted from adiabatic packing 3 to the anchor plate via thrust plates 4, and the joining of anchor plate 2 and outer pipe 5 can be done easily without requiring welding process
