Flyback transformer 10 is provided between primary coil 11 and secondary coils 12-14 to perform the higher harmonic tuning, and capacitor 9 is connected in parallel to part 18 of the windings forming coil 11. Then the resonance frequency of part 18 and capacitor 9 is set to the frequency approximate to the frequency of transformer 10. Thus, the level free from the problem of the high voltage fluctuation can be obtained.
