Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a sludge treating vessel, which is moored to a dredger ship and is formed with various sludge treating tanks for sequentially treating sludge with a high water content supplied from the dredger ship, whereby it is enabled to improve efficiency of sludge treating operation while also improving mobility of sludge treating operation.
CONSTITUTION: Sludge having a high content of water is supplied from dredger ship via supply pipe 10 to sludge treating tanks 2. After keeping the water containing sludge quiet for a certain while, supernatant water is carried through overflow valve 32 to supernatant water tank 4 whereas concentrated sludge is sent to mixing chambers 18, 19 via hose 15 and pipe 16, by means of sludge transporting pump 14 suspended by crane 13. In the chambers 18, 19, water glass type hardener and sulfuric acid are added, and the sludge is transported to the place to be reclaimed by means of transport pump 20, while it is kept fluidic. Supernatant water is sent from water tank 4 to reaction tank 35, where chemicals are added to promote coprecipitation, whereafter it is sent to water treating settling tank 3. Sludge deposited on the bottom of this tank 3 is sent to sludge concentrating tank 2, whereas supernatant water in tank 3 is discharged to the outside via filtering tank 29
