Abstract
PURPOSE: To keep the insulating material function for a longer period and eliminate the creep rupture of insulated piping, by filling the cleanrance between the inner and outer pipes with the insulating material together with partition plates.
CONSTITUTION: Inner split pipes 3' are fitted to each other to form an inner pipe 3 for flowing high temperature medium and put in an outer pipe 1. Partition plates 4 are fixed to an end of the inner split pipe 3', and partition plates 8 laid between the inner and outer pipes 1, 3 are penetrated by guide rods 7 fixed to the plates 4. The clearance between the plates 8, 4 is filled with insulating materil 2. Since the insulating material 2 is evenly applied with a preset pressure and devided into many small sections by means of the partition plates 8, clearances of the insulating material caused by its deterioration of retaining strength during long operation are minimized to keep the insulating function last longer
