Abstract
PURPOSE:To insulate an input signal from an output signal in terms of direct current by intermittently amplifying the different signal between the input signal and feedback signal and inputting it to an input winding. CONSTITUTION:When amplifier 3 switching synchronizing with an intermittent voltage at a half period of a repetitive frequency is applied with DC input signal Vi and DC feedback signal Vf at input terminals 1 and 2 respectively, output signal (e0) appears at output terminal 11 of amplifier 3. This square-wave signal (e0) is supplied to input winding 8 of insulating transformer 7. Therefore, feedback signal Vf appearing at feedback winding 9 of transformer 7 is smoothed and then applied to input terminal 2 of amplifier 3. Further, output signal Vo appearing at output winding 10 of transformer 7 is also smoothed 13 and led to output terminal 14. Consequently, DC output signal Vo insulated from input signal Vi in terms of direct current can be obtained from output terminal 14.
