Abstract
PURPOSE: To control the opening of an auto-choke valve of a carbureter automatically according to the condition of an engine by heating to expand or contract wax by a heater in connection with a rotation sensor and a warming sensor.
CONSTITUTION: An idle adjust screw 4 is connected to a lever 3 of a throttle valve rod 2 of a carbureter 1 and comes in contact with a first idle cam 5. A choke valve not illustrated is connected to the cam 5 through a rod 7 and a lever 6. A push rod 9 is connected to the cam 5 by a lever 12, sliding in a casing 8, and one end of the rod 9 is in contact with a sensor 16 to which a heater 19 is sticked, having the positive temperature characteristic. A rotation sensor 21 and a warming detection switch 20 are connected to the heater 19, which feed the heater 19 with current under a specific rotation frequency and temperature
