CONSTITUTION: Yeast is suspended in sugared water, and charged into a fermentation vessel A. A circuit consisting of a heater 10 and a thermistor 2 having a positive temperature-resistance coefficient connected to the heater in series, is energized to keep the temperature of the vessel to 37°C, and the yeast is fermented. Thereafter, a definite amount of dough is charged into the vessel, throughly kneaded with a kneading blades 6, kept to 37°C by energizing the circuit, and fermented.
