CONSTITUTION:When starting the operation of a converter, the sucked flow rate of exhaust gas is controlled as shown in a C7 line to the generated flow rate C6 of exhaust gas of the converter. A period Ib is a period of excess air ratio combustion, a period IIb a period of complete combustion, and a period IIIb a partial combustion, a period that can recover exhaust gas.
