CONSTITUTION: A braking system adapted to act on an internal gear 3a or a clutch outer member 4 is arranged in a play spacing defined axially by a having side wall 13a and the internal gear 3a and radially by the internal gear 3a and the shaft therefor. A support rod 19, acting as a support means for a brake shoe 17, is slidably inserted in a guide hole 20 formed in th housing side wall 13a.
