CONSTITUTION:The output of local oscillator circuit 2 provided in an AM tuner is converted to the beat of itself and the output of fixed oscillator 11 by frequency converter circuit 12, and the sum or difference frequency is converted to the voltage corresponding to the frequency by circuit 14 after being amplified by amplifier 1 and is applied to the varactor diode of FM tuner 6, thereby performing channel selection.
