Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of hybrid circuits which correspond to single-current subscriber's circuits on the half-duplex communication system among several single-current subscriber's circuits, by providing a hybrid function in terms of time division by providing one logical gate to a time-division communication line. CONSTITUTION:Single-current subscriber's circuits only or single-current and double current subscriber's mixed together are contained, and signal concentrators AO and Al which concentrate and receive signals from respective circuits as time- series signals and signal expansion units BO and Bl which expand time-series signals into space signals and transmit them to corresponding circuits are provided; and then, switching gate SWG is connected between among highways L-RD, T-SD, TR-D and L-SD through which communication is done between units AO and Al, and BO and Bl. Further, a switching memory is arranged which is stored with the information indicating hybrid control and the pieces of information from circuits BO and Bl for each communication, thereby attanining the hybrid control by gate SWG corresponding to the information from this memory.
