Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform methane fermentation and thallus protein production treatment after changing celluloses into low molecules and soluble froms by microbes.
CONSTITUTION: If culturing microbes, such as, aspergillus genus, penicillium genus, phzarium genus, etc., which produce exoenzymes, which main bodies are cellulose and, β-glucosidase, in paper and celluloses in waste liquor when adopting celluloses as growth sources, paper and celluloses are changed into low molecules and soluble forms. When performing methane fermentation or producing thallus protein while using waste water containing organic matters as materials, papers cannot serve as materials for thallus protein production, and cause troubles by adhesion to each portion of devices, thus separately requiring treatment tanks for papers. In this method, however, papers may be treated by methane fermentation, etc. after they are converted into low molecules and soluble forms
