Abstract

PURPOSE: Through the vibrating plate located in one side of the vessel, the supersonic vibration, directing vertically to the plate, is transmitted to the mixed gas. By doing so, such operation is effected that the gas with small mass is separated adjacent to the vibrating surface and the gas with large mass is separated adjacent to the other side of wall surface of the vessel.
CONSTITUTION: A vibating plate 7 is positioned between a vessle body 1 and a cover 2. The vibration in the armature 4 is produced by a magnetic coil 5 and is transmitted to the vibrating plate 7. The tube shaped or bar shaped insert, which controls the gas turbulent flow in the vessel and improves the regular direction of the gas vibration, is installed inside the vessel 1. The mixed gas is fed to the vessel 1 from a feed tube 8 and the gas with high gas composition and low specific gravity is taken out from an exhust tube 9 and the gas with high gas composition and high specific gravity is taken out from an exhust tube 10
