The pushed up sensing rod 12 is then contacted to a limit switch 14, and the signal of the actuated limit switch 14 is transmitted to a control panel, and the lamp indication is effected. The detecting quantity of the pisition appointement due to a position detecting mechanism 10 at the time point when the lamp is lighted, is recorded when the control rod is in operation starting. In a case when the wire rope is elongated during in operation, the lamp does not be lighted, if further winding by elongated quantity of the wire may not be effected
