Abstract

PURPOSE: To apply a wall paper to wall face easily and improve the operating efficiency, by coating a wall face with an undercoat regulator for applying wall paper such as a rubber latex, and by coating a wall paper substrate with a component capable of adhering to the undercoat regulator by self-bonding.
CONSTITUTION: The undercoat regulator for applying wall paper 5 (e.g. a natural rubber latex, etc.) is applied to the wall face. A wall paper is made by coating the component 3 (e.g. n-butyl phenolic resin) capable of adhering to the undercoat regulator 5 on the substrate 1. EFFECT: Since the self-bonding component does not have adhesion at normal temperatures, it is not necessary to laminate separated films. Easy handling improves the operating efficiency.
