EXAMPLE:3-[2-N-(4-amino-2-methyl-5-pyrimidnyl)methylformamide-1-(2-hyd roxyethyl)-1-propenyldithio]-2-methylpropionyl-L-proline benzyl ester. USE:It has vitamin B1 activity as well as activities inhibiting the enzyme transforming angiotensin and the enzyme hydrolyzing bradykinin (kininase) and is used as preventive agents or remedy for hyperpiesia.
