Abstract
PURPOSE:To give good weldability and ultrasonic flaw detectability to a niobiumcontg. heat resistant cast steel product of a predetermined compsn. by subjecting a predetermined part or all of the product to plastic deformation, followed by recrystallization heat treatment.
