Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a method of treating surface of fluorescent material, according to which amphoteric surface active agent is coated over the surface of fluorescent material, to prevent electrostatic charging of particles of fluorescent material, and thus improving dispersibility of the fluorescent material, to pre vent degradation in quality of the bulb due to contamination of impurities.
