Abstract

PURPOSE: To control magnetic fields with high accuracy with a simple constitution by using control circuits of slow-up and slow-down.
CONSTITUTION: When a magnetic field ON instruction is applied to terminal 89, a slow-up control circuit is operated by an R-SFF 88 and along with the output change of an inversion amplifier 124 the phase of the pulses generated by a phase control pulse generating circuit 97 and the conduction angle of a TRIAC 31 gradually change, causing the magnetic field to gradualy increase. When at this time the first comparator 71 detects that the specified magnetic field is reached from the output of the magnetic field detecting coil, it resets an FF 88 and causes the operation of a slow-up circuit to be stopped by an analog switch 86, thus maintaining the magnetic field corresponding to the charging potential of a capacitor 87 as an optimum magnetic field. Next, when a magnetic field OFF instruction is applied to terminal 89, the ouput of a 2-input NAND gate 110 becomes high and the charge having been charged in the capacitor 87 is gradually discharged and therefore the magnetic field also decreases along with this. Thereby, the magnetic field is controlled with high accuracy.
