Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify an operation state when measuring the operation of an electronic governor outputting a fixed direct-current voltage, by providing a voltage control oscillator which is supplied with the generated directcurrent voltage and by counting its frequency.
CONSTITUTION: Switch 7 connected to direct-current power supply 6 is closed to apply a direct-current voltage to electronic governor 1 with earth terminal 4 via power terminal 2 and also to the direct-current voltage to output terminal 5 via load resistance 17. Governor 1 is operated in this way to any direct-current voltage developed at terminal 5 to voltage control oscillator 18, thereby generating an oscillation-frequency signal. Next, this generated signal is applied to governor 1 via input terminal 3 and compared with the reference frequency of governor 1, thereby controlling oscillator 18 so that the phase difference will be zero. Then, the controlled frequency is counted by counter 16 to measure the operation state of governor 1.
