Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure an easy confirmation for the normality of the system and thus to prevent the potentiality of the fault by providing the transmission lead for the test information between the regulator and the congestion unit and with addition of a little amount of the hardware. CONSTITUTION:The congestion state is detected for the exchange via the congestion detecting device DET provided to each exchange; the information is transferred to center CEF; the regulation information is sent to regulator RCIE within each exchange under the control of CEF; and thus the traffic control is carried out. In such traffic control system, the test information is sent to MF receiver MFRE in the same rout as that of the regulation information which is given to RCIE of an optional exchange from CEF. This test information is identified through receiver MFREC to actuate relays O-K plus TST and then actuate device DET within the exchange. Then the desired information is sent to CEF from DET to be decided there, thus securing an easy confirmation for the system normality.
