Abstract

PURPOSE: To always obtain a most suitable output for all rotative speeds and also to enable an easy adjustment, by operating electrically and continuously a moving valve according to an engine rotative speed detected.
CONSTITUTION: A rotative speed signal, which changes in proportion to an engine rotative speed, is converted to a square wave by means of a wave-form shaping circuit 38, and the frequency is further converted to a voltage by means of a frequency voltage circuit. Afterward it is compressed down to a proper voltage width by means of a saturation circuit 44. A comparision circuit 45 compares the output of the circuit 44 with an output of a rotating angle detecting circuit 46 equipped with a potentiometer detecting a rotation angle of a servo-motor 34, and transmits a normal rotation of the servo-motor 34 or a reverse signal. And a normal-reverse rotation instruction circuit 47 controls the servo-motor 34.
