Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the manufactureing cost without performing annealing process, by only molding process for nickel-iron system magnetic alloy including 70 to 90% nickel after magnetic annealing.
CONSTITUTION: The plate material consisting of nickel 70 to 90%-iron system magnetic alloy is performed for magnetic annealing including annealing for straightening at more than 800°C, and the shield plate is formed with molding process after that. Since this magnetic alloy is excellent in the magnetic characteristics, the magnetic performance is not almost deteriorated with molding process, and the degree of molding process for the shield plate is less and no magnetic performance injured, the magnetic annealing can be made in common use for the annealing for straightening before molding process.
