Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a chattering produced in the case of checking, by using a forced operation type check valve as a high pressure exhaust chamber check valve and by giving an opening signal when beginning to open and also a full opening signal for the duration of a normal operation.
CONSTITUTION: When a turbine starts, a pressure P1 in front of a check valve 11 becomes a value which is found by adding a given value α to a pressure P2 at the rear of the valve, and this gives an exciting signal to an electromagnetic valve 21 after being detected by a computer 14. Thus the electromagnetic valve 21 moves to an ON condition, and air flows in a lower part of an air cylinder 11e of a pilot valve 11a via a port 21a, a port 21c and a check valve tester 200. The compressed air 22 lifts up a pistion of the air cylinder 11e against the force of a spring of the air cylinder 11e, and connects together ports 11c and 11b. A regulating oil 23 flows into a lower part of a check valve oil cylinder via the ports 11c and 11b, and lifts up a piston 11f against the force of a spring 11d. The check valve 11 may thus be fully opened.
