Abstract
PURPOSE: To carry out the conveying operation in an unmanned shop efficiently and securely by enabling to automatically take out contained goods from a goods- delivery box equipped with a sliding door at the bottom whereof.
CONSTITUTION: Goods-delivery boxes 3 containing goods 4 are successively conveyed on a conveyer 21, one of which is forwarded to receiving boards 6a and 6b, and the other succeeding boxes 3 are held stand by with a cut-off device 5. The box 3 forwarded partially on the boards 6a and 6b is further forwarded as far as a half stroke of a hydraulic cylinder 8 with the aid of hydraulic cylinders 8 and 9. A knob 10 of the box 3 then hits a rod 11a of a hydraulic cylinder 11 used for opening a bottom board 3a of the box 3, and accordingly the bottom board 3a is automatically opened with the movement of the box 3. The contained goods 4 fall down with their own weights and sent out in one layer through a supply gate 15 of a goods take-off division 13 by a conveyer 14, while an emptied box 3' is sent out by means of remaining stroke of the cylinder 8.
