Abstract
PURPOSE: To control the number of revolution, by detecting the number of revolution by mounting a tacho-generator to a motor.
CONSTITUTION: Commutators 9 for feeding a power source, tacho-generator slip- rings 10 and rotor coil connecting portions 11 are installed on to a surface of a commutator 1 by etching a copper area layer plate. Connecting conductor portions 12 for connecting the commutators 9 for feeding the power source and the rotor coil connecting portions 11 and a tacho-generator portion 13 are mounted onto the back by means of etching in the same manner as the surface. Conductors on the surface and conductors on the back are connected by means of through-hole plating 14. Brushes 6 are sliding contacted with the commutators 9, output brushes 15 are sliding contacted with the tacho-generator slip-rings 10, a power source 16 is connected to the brushes 6 to conduct a rotor coil 3 and the coil 3 is turned. Thus, the tacho-ganerator portion 13 is interlinked with the magnetic flux of a stator 7, voltage is generated from the output terminals 15 and the number of revolution can easily be controlled by the voltage.
