Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate abrasion and leakage by drawing out the displacement of a valve disc moving up and down in correspondence to flow rate fluctuations to the outside through an arm turning with the valve housing through-part as a fulcrum and performing sealing of the valve housing through-part by a sealing means composed of plastic material.
CONSTITUTION: A valve disc 10 which displaces up and down in correspondence to the increase and decrease in flow rate is provided within a valve housing 9. The stem 12 of the valve disc 10 is detained at the upper part to one end of an arm 14 by means of a pin 15 by passing through the guide part 13 of the stem. The arm 14 is let to face the outside by penetrating through the valve housing wall 16 and the other end is disposed in a state contactable with a microswitch 17. In the valve housing wall 16, a diaphragm 19 composed of plastic material such as rubber or the like which is fixed at the circumference to the valve housing wall 16 and is fixed at the central part to the arm 14 is provided as the sealing means which assumes spherical phase at its circumference, supports the valve housing wall with its sliding support point 18 and cuts off the inside and outside.
