CONSTITUTION: Analog picture signal 200 is supplied to comparator 300 and 301 to be compared with threshold value V1 and V2 (V1>V2), and information P1 and P2 showing the white line on the black background can be taken out by output 201 obtained through comparator 300 with the information showing the black thin line on the white background is erased. While output 202 of the other comparator 301 takes out information P3 and P4 showing the black line on the white background. These two output 200 and 201 are switched by selector 302 and then delivered. In other words, FF401 is set when output 202 is "1" and the output is delivered through AND gate 403. When output 201 becomes "0", FF401 is reset and the output is delivered through AND gate 404.
