Because the heat transfer coefficient decreases according as the width l increases, the heat transfer coefficient is raised. If the fins 2 are split to segments 211, 212, 213, 221, 222, 223 for the rows and colums of the tubes, the heat transfer coefficient can be raised even when the direction of air flow is not fixed.
