PURPOSE: To improve a degree of operational safety with a generation prevented of short-circuit brake, by means of constructing a dynamic brake circuit on condition that a current flows in a power running circuit and that an operating direction of the reversing handle coincides with an indicating direction of the reverser.
CONSTITUTION: When the reversing hadle of a master controller 2 is operated toward a direction of forward or backword side, a power running detection relay 10, regardless of the power running command by a main handle, makes an indicating direction of the reverser 4 coinciding with an operating direction of the reversing handle. And on condition that those of the above directions coincide and that a current flows in the power running circuit, a self holding is operated by a memory relay 11, with a dynamic brake circuit constructed. Accordingly, with a short- circuit brake prevented from generating, even in a case when running toward a reverse direction to the running direction of operator's seat, the dynamic brake can be actuated, capable of remarkably improving a degree of operational safety.
