Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide vessels suitable for long period preservation of blood or the like by utilizing unbridged state thermo-plastic resin film having predetermined conditions and effecting heat seal under the condition that the film is maintained by an outer layer of heat-resistive synthetic resin film. CONSTITUTION:An inner layer of a vessel is made of thermoplastic resin film, such as polyethylene, ionomer resin and the like, capable of heat seal at an temperature under 200 deg.C, bridging by applying an amount of radioactive ray within 2.5- 50Mrad and having heat-resisting effect, while an outer layer is made of synthetic resin of polyester and polyamide having melting point of about 200 deg.C and heat- resistibility such that it will never be melted and decomposed at the temperature below 200 deg.C, and receiving no effect such as degrading and the like by an amount of radioactive ray applied for the inner layer. A laminated sheet is made by adherring both of the above-described inner and outer layers and a vessel body is made by effecting heat seal for the periphery of the body at the temperature below 200 deg.C. An allowable amount of radioactive ray is applied for the vessel body in air or inactive gas circumstance and thereby the inner layer is bridged, given with heat- resistibility and sterilized at the same time.
