Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish reassignment of program within the time limit while preventing wear of devices such as relay by starting the circuit for controlling executable elements in a given time initial assignment of the program.
CONSTITUTION: When a program is assigned with a program assigning device, the assignment signal is encoded by an encoder and by a latching signal S1 from a controller, written into a register 11. Upon sending of the latching signal, a transistor 41 of an output circuit 25 is turned on whereby charge accumulated in a capacitor 40 is discharged through the transistor 41. Thus, the output of a NAND circuit moves to the logical level "0". With the rising of the latching signal S1, the transistor 41 is turned off and the capacitor 4 is charged. When the cahrge reaches a given level, an intermittent output is fed from the NAND gate 36 and Q output from D flip flop circuit 33 to 35 to start the action of the executable element.
